We cook every karahi in a traditional wok, bringing together bold spices, rich sauces, and the distinct character of wok cooking.
The Full KBoys Chicken Karahi features bone-in chicken simmered in a tomato, ginger, and spice base. The KBoys Boneless Chicken Karahi offers the same flavour profile with boneless chicken.
For goat, the Full Charsi Goat Karahi is cooked in its own fat, following the Peshawari style. The Half Namak Mandi Goat Karahi draws from the Namak Mandi tradition, with a bold, smoky flavour.
The Aashik Chicken Seekh Kabab features seasoned chicken grilled over high heat for a distinct smoky finish. For a wider selection, the Gosht Khor Platter brings several Pakistani meat specialties together in one serving.
